Requirements
Role & Responsibility
Improve efficiency of the product delivery teams
Understand customer feedback and help improve satisfaction
Help long term planning
SME
Excellent PM and Scrum Master skills
Disciplined with the teams and can command ways of working
Understands bp's working values
Can multi-task across products within a Portfolio
Has financial acumen and can work with the Portfolio Owner
Self sufficient to push work forward after direction is given
Identity & access management in security domain and SAP in security domain experience useful but not essential.
Good planner and strong comms skills, get things done
Important: The candidate must have a proven track record in agile delivery, be articulate with good communication skills and proactive in managing risks and resolving issues/blockers
