About the Role
Seeking for Technical Programme Manager(Castrol BOLT) who can deliver and integrate tools that will increase adoption of digital channels and online self-serve solutions across Order to Cash process - Castrol shop portal, EDI, Salesforce, Customer Portal, pdf reader or other automated solution, Virtual assistant (Live chat, Chatbot)
Requirements
Role & Responsibility
TPM should be responsible for the successful delivery of key digital initiatives within the Castrol BOLT programme, including the development and implementation of project plans for each initiative, coordination across multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams across the programme to ensure on-time and on-budget execution. Establish and monitor milestones, OKRs and KPIs. Manage risks and mitigation strategies. Facilitate communication with programme's stakeholders. Connect I&E and business processes including coverage of WPRs and all relevant business governance meetings. Implementation regions are Americas, Europe, India, ANZ, China. Provide weekly produce review packs to steering committee

Programme Management
Technical background; EDI, Business Networks, Chatbots, Commerce portals, Salesforce is helpful.
Stakeholder / governance management. Will require international experience of working on deployments across global regions
