About the Role
We are seeking a skilled HR Technology Solution Architect with expertise in Salesforce and Workday platforms, complemented by a keen interest in AI and Portal capabilities. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with HR leaders to understand business requirements, design end-to-end solutions, and drive the implementation of HR technology enhancements. This role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape of our HR function, leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies and intuitive portal development.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Strategy:
· Partner with HR leaders to gain insights into organizational needs and pain points.
· Design and articulate comprehensive solutions aligned with business objectives.
· Develop and communicate a strategic roadmap for implementing HR technology enhancements.
Salesforce and Workday Expertise:
· Possess a deep understanding of Salesforce and Workday platforms.
· Translate HR business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
· Harness Salesforce platform AI features to drive intelligent automation and enhance user experiences.
Portal Development:
· Lead the design and development of self-service portals for employees and managers.
· Implement personalized dashboards, knowledge bases, and collaboration spaces.
· Ensure seamless integration with existing HR systems and maintain high standards of user experience.
AI Integration:
· Explore and leverage Salesforce Einstein AI capabilities to deliver value-added functionalities:
· Personalized recommendations for learning and development.
· Predictive analytics for workforce planning.
· AI-driven chatbots to streamline employee inquiries and support.
Data Security and Privacy:
· Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, etc. Implement robust data security measures to safeguard sensitive employee information within the portals.
Performance and Cost Optimization:
· Design solutions with scalability to support all employees during peak demand periods.
· Optimize cloud resources and license costs to ensure cost-effectiveness, particularly during low usage periods.
Desired Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
· Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect).
· Workday certifications (e.g., Workday HCM, Workday Integration) preferred.
· Proven experience as an HR Technology Solution Architect, with a track record of successful implementations.
· Familiarity with Salesforce platform AI features (Einstein) and Portal capabilities.
· Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Please note that while Workday knowledge and/or certifications are considered advantageous, proficiency in Salesforce is the primary requirement for this role.
